The County Fair is on April 14-18. I was thinking about going, but probably won't. However, this is what I found on it, for free:
FREE RIDES and ADMISSION APRIL 15, 2010
"Read to Ride" rewards students who read! All county children in Kindergarten through 6th grade are eligible.
They just need to fill out a form here http://www.maricopacountyfair.org/Read%20To%20Ride.htm
It's usually free for kids 8 and under, and $8.00 for the rest. Parking is $10.00
