11 years old house

In 2003, we were living in Munich, Germany on a work assignment. We had one year left but spent a month a the US to make sure our children remembered what true hamburgers tasted like and that Mexican food didn't need to have corn and American Pizzas really don't have broccoli as a topping.
We also had decided to put our house in Mesa up for sale and to shop for a new house to be built while we finished our 3 year assignment.  We found the perfect house for us in Sossaman Estates.  We closed on it, with the help of Reed's brother, in February 2004.  It sat vacant for almost a year, although we did come and "play" in it for the summer.  We moved back to the US for good in December 2004.  So after 11 years, we felt that the house needed a bit of TLC and we upgraded a few things. The master bathroom was on the list.

The kitchen floor got a remake as well as the stairs. New baseboards too.

The house got a fresh coat of pain, the trees got a good trim too.
